Strong Retail understanding Proven work experience as District Manager, Area/Regional Sales Manager or similar, minimum of 3 years Proven experience in leading large teams, including full people management responsibility. Strong sales and retail skills - you know the retail KPIs and how to use them. Experience within the beauty industry preferred. Experience with managing a high-performance sales team Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing and building retail sales and retail leadership capabilities Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics - and execute action plans in a fast-moving retail environment Solid customer service and retail mindset Strong communication skills Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Bachelor's degree in business or relevant background in leading sales
